What is covered under our contracts:

->Everything
* Diodes, filters, circuit boards, etc..
* Labor time, travel time, after hours/weekend work
* Two preventative maintenance visits included
Note: After hours/weekend work only in machine down situation

->Except
* Labor/travel needed to change to a different plate                          
* Labor/travel needed to move the machine to a new building or within the existing building                              
* Parts that are broken because of operator neglect or roughness with the equipment
